Postgraduate students are invited to apply for scholarships at the University of Brighton.

You must be a new, full-time, international fee-status student with an offer for a postgraduate taught degree with a minimum course duration of one year to be eligible to apply for a scholarship.

For each year of your education, the scholarship will deduct £5,000 from your tuition costs. The deadlines for applications are as follows: January 31, March 31, May 31, and July 31, 2024.

Scholarship Benefits And Selection Criteria for the university of Brighton scholarships for international students

Selection standards: Merit is the primary criteria used to provide international scholarships from the Brighton University of Brighton.

Academic merit is not the exclusive definition of merit; exceptional achievement in a range of contexts can also be considered.

The best applicants will be those who can demonstrate a combination of other merits, such as exceptional performance in a particular field of pursuit, and academic merit, including proficiency in the English language.

 

Eligibility for the 2024 university of Brighton scholarships for international students

You must be a new, full-time, international fee-status student with an offer for a postgraduate taught degree with a minimum course duration of one year to be eligible to apply for a scholarship.

You have to have applied to and been offered admission in an academic program of your choice at the university for admission in 2024.

Students enrolled in PG Cert and PG Dip courses (except OSPAP, Law CPE PGDip, and Accounting PGDip) or studying graduate diplomas, pre-masters programs, or equivalent at partner colleges of the University of Brighton are not eligible for these scholarships.

Students with full scholarships are not eligible for these grants or scholarships.
Additionally, unless they are beginning a new postgraduate degree, former international students are not eligible.

Scholarships Available for International Students: International students can apply for these scholarships.

Application Deadline for university of Brighton scholarships for international students

First Intake: January 31,

Second Intake: March 8, to May 31, and

Third Intake: July 31, 2024

How To Apply For the 2024 university of Brighton scholarships for international students

Method of Application: An application document for scholarships will be sent to you for the 2024 academic year if you send an email to University of Brighton on www.brighton.ac.uk with your University of Brighton student number in the subject field.

Thereafter, the application can be mailed to the address listed on the scholarship application or submitted online to the same email address.

Note that students who do not have an offer of a full-time spot with them will not receive application forms.

Notification: Decisions about scholarship awards will be sent to applicants roughly two weeks following those dates. The International Office and Academic Services will coordinate the actions of the awards committee.
