To join the FP&A team, US Channel Sales Finance is looking for a team-oriented finance professional with a unique analytical mind.

The FP&A team is the central source of financial data that the US Channel company uses to make decisions.

This includes controlling operational spending and its justification throughout the division as well as projecting investment for particular sales programs and their impact.

This group possesses the exceptional capacity to engage in every financial facet of managing US Channel operations.

Job Description and Responsibility

In this job, the US Sales Finance FP&A Analyst will be in charge of forecasting and tracking actuals related to the Cost of Sales, Headcount, and Operating Expenses. They will also assemble and present deliverables, including variation analysis, to Corporate FP&A.

1. Manage the quarterly closure procedure to ensure accurate and sound financial recording, working with the corporate finance and shared services teams.
2. Facilitate US Sales’ quarterly and annual strategy planning by offering financial modeling for OPEX, COGS, and HC broken down by business line or route-to-market.
3. Assist in managing commissions and the quarterly quota setting process, Create, produce, and provide informative dashboards and reports to promote financial and operational excellence
4. build and publish management reports on various financial metrics to US Channel Sales leadership. Collaborate with specialists in data to improve our reporting and analytics skills. using Excel, Tableau, and other powerful analytical tools
5. Work together with cross-functional business partners to identify and resolve issues with operations.
